How do I contact a collector who has purchased from me?

Answer

To see who your buyers have been, click on the user icon at the top right.  Then, click on Breaker Menu and then Sales to view all of your sales.  From there, you may select any of your events and see your buyers. Use Breaker Toolbox Chat to contact them.

Can I mail to an address other than the one in the collector’s profile?

Answer

Breakers may only ship to the address in the collector’s profile.

How do I plan a break?

To get started planning a break, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the home screen and choose “Plan an Event”. From there, you have many options. Click here for more information.

To plan a rip & ship, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the home screen and choose ” Plan an Event “. From there, you have many options. Click here for more information.

How do I go live now?

Answer

To immediately start a rip & ship, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the home screen and choose “Go Live Now”. Your live event will start and your currently inventory will be available for collectors to purchase. Click here for more information.

How do I start my planned break or rip & ship?

Answer

To start an event, click on the event from the device you wish to stream your video from. From there, click on the menu and choose “Start Live Event”. Click here for more information.


Question

Why don’t I see video after I started my event?

Answer

Try clicking the video toggle icon and then clicking it again. This should resolve your video issue. If not, please contact support@djawn.com.

Can I pause my break or rip & ship?

Answer

The DJAWN user interface provides buttons to allow breakers to mute their microphone, as well as turn off their camera.

Can I use the front and back camera on my phone?

Answer

You can switch between the front an back camera during your live event by clicking on the camera icon on your phone. If using a webcam, this toggle may switch between multiple cameras.

How do I end my live event?

Answer

To end a live event, the breaker should click on the “Leave” button from the device streaming the event. After confirming you wish to exit the room, the live event will end. Click here to learn more.

Can I sell products on Breaker Toolbox without hosting an event?

Answer

Currently, sellers must have a live event to sell product. However, Breaker Toolbox will be adding a feature very soon to provide each breaker with their own storefront that they can use to sell, advertise, and communicate with collectors. Please follow our updates for more information.

How do I become a breaker?

Answer

Whether you own an online or brick and mortar retail store, or are just a collector who wants to get into the business, you can be a breaker at Breaker Toolbox. Simply click on the “Click HERE to become a Breaker Toolbox breaker today!” banner at the top of the home page and fill out the breaker application form. Can I add/reduce product during a live event?

Answer

You can add or reduce the quantities of a product during a live event. However, a new product added or made available during a live event will not currently appear as available product in the ongoing live event.

How should I make my event easier for collectors to find?

Answer

There are a few ways to make your event easier for collectors to find. First, include a comprehensive Description. Also, when adding products, be sure to add tags. Tags are searchable. One example is to include “football” as a tag for any football products. This will ensure your event appears for Collectors who search for “football”. Other tag options are things like manufacturer, type of box, etc.

Can I change shipping preferences for individual events?

As a Breaker, you have default shipping settings that are set in your profile. However, breakers may change these settings when planning a rip & ship.

Can I import products instead of adding them one at a time?

Answer

Yes, Breaker Toolbox provides an import template that can be used to bulk upload your products. Click here for more information.

What are your rules on wars?

Answer

As a general rule, breakers are responsible for determining their own war rules. These rules should be clearly defined by the breaker during the event. However, Breaker Toolbox does supply a default set of rules that should be used when questions arise. You can find them here.

Question

How should I size my break cover images?

Answer

The cover image on the main homepage uses a 6:7 ratio. Images will be automatically adjusted to fit this ratio. When viewing the break details, this image will be automatically adjusted again depending on the viewers screen size. Clicking in the image allows viewers to view the entire image.
