💬 Chat That Actually Works on Busy Nights
You shouldn't have to type the same message three times.
We've fixed two separate issues that could cause chat messages to disappear during livestreams:
- "X just purchased Y — break is now full!" announcements were occasionally not being delivered when a break filled.
- User messages could sometimes be incorrectly deduplicated if they were retyped quickly.
Both issues have been resolved. We also improved reconnect behavior — if your connection drops briefly (phone sleeps, Wi-Fi changes, etc.), any messages sent while you were disconnected will now automatically load when you reconnect.
📊 Seller Dashboard Updates in Real Time
The Breaks tab now updates live as purchases come in.
- Available slot counts update automatically
- Live status changes appear instantly
- No page refresh required
🔢 Cleaner Team Assignments During Randomized Breaks
Team assignments now display in natural order during livestreams.
Instead of: Pack #1, Pack #10, Pack #11, Pack #2...
You'll now see: Pack #1, Pack #2, Pack #3 ... Pack #24 — exactly how you'd expect.
🧮 Edit Product Quantities Directly From the Break
If your break includes multiple boxes of the same product, you can now set quantities directly from the break edit page.
- No workaround required
- Buyers can clearly see product quantities before purchasing
🔧 Behind the Scenes
We've also fixed several reliability issues:
- Stripe success pages no longer occasionally error when the final slot in a break is purchased
- Order confirmation emails and seller notifications are more reliable during high-traffic events
- Added detailed per-message chat logging so we can identify and resolve issues much faster if something goes wrong
