Watching a break on your phone is now seamless when you rotate your screen. Previously, rotating back to portrait or exiting fullscreen could freeze the video while the audio kept playing, forcing a page refresh. The video now resumes automatically — rotate and go fullscreen as much as you like without missing a moment.
🛡️ Safer Event Cancellation for Breakers
We added safeguards to event cancellation. Cancelling an event now affects only that event and can never reopen, alter, or refund a completed break that already has purchases. This protects your filled breaks and your buyers' orders from being disrupted by an unused or leftover Rip & Ship event.

Our Help Center now has updated, step-by-step guides for setting up and running your livestreams — including Rip & Ship — so it's easier to get everything configured correctly before you go live.
