This release brings a new on-stream results ticker, private team offers, replay downloads, and a batch of fixes to checkout, live video and notifications.
🆕 New
Results ticker on your stream
You can now display your break results directly over your livestream: no OBS setup, no burned-in text, and it stays sharp no matter what your stream quality is doing.
- Choose Top, Bottom, Left or Right, or turn it off
- Team logos appear alongside each team
- Pick a default in your Clubhouse settings so every new break starts the way you like it, and change it mid-break any time from your host controls
- Your viewers see it too, and it updates for them the moment you change it
Private team offers
Send a buyer a private link for a specific team at a price you choose. The link works once, expires when you tell it to, and the agreed price carries all the way through checkout.
Download your replays
Replays can now be downloaded as a video file. Large breaks are prepared in the background and we'll email you when yours is ready, and if a download is interrupted, it picks up where it left off instead of starting over.
"Your break is up" notifications
Buyers waiting in a Rip & Ship queue now get told when their break is about to start, so nobody misses their turn.
✨ Fixed
Live video
- Viewers no longer have to refresh when a stream restarts. If your video drops and comes back, your audience is reconnected automatically.
- Guest microphones now respect each viewer's own volume. Previously a guest on mic could be heard even by someone who had muted the stream.
- The "you're in" confirmation no longer disappears after joining a queue.
Breaks
- Randomization results now appear the moment they happen. Viewers watching a break randomize used to see the old slots until they refreshed the page.
- Team names and logos show correctly on break pages, in your Clubhouse and on the results ticker, including on breaks built from a template.
- Breaker profiles show the correct total break count.
Checkout and orders
- Free and fully-discounted orders now complete properly. If your cart came to $0, a free item, a full discount, or buying your own slot, it could report a failure even though the order had gone through. It no longer does.
- PayPal accepts $0 orders. Free items can now be checked out with PayPal on its own.
- Shipping is included in your Sales and Orders totals. The summary and detail figures now agree with what was actually charged.
- Checkout security and discount handling have been strengthened.
- iPhone app: starting a PayPal checkout now returns you to the app instead of leaving you on the website.
Elsewhere
- Times display correctly in several places that were showing the wrong time of day.
- "Delete account" is no longer sitting in plain view in your account settings; it's still there under Advanced, just no longer something you can hit by accident.
