Question

What if I pull an expired redemption card in a break or a rip & ship?

Answer

Unfortunately, expired redemption cards are a risk with older cards. The buyer should attempt to redeem them via the manufacturer as some will still honor them. However, neither the seller nor DJAWN are responsible for fulfilling or exchanging any expired redemption cards.

When will I get my cards?

Answer

There are a couple of factors to consider to determine when your cards will arrive. First, each seller has their own default shipping schedule. The seller may also override this schedule for any given event. In addition, the mail system can be very inconsistent.

How do I contact a seller?

Answer

Click on the link to the seller’s name under the event.  Next click on the email icon to send the seller a message.

How do I change my mailing address?

Answer

While on the main page, click on the user icon at the top right.  Next click on profile to edit your mailing address.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Answer

Each seller determines how they will handle shipping. Some sellers ship for free while others have a set fee. You can view the shipping details of any event by expanding the Seller Information section of the event details screen.

How long will it take me to receive my package in the mail?

Answer

This depends on a couple factors. First, sellers may have different shipping frequencies. Some may ship every day while others may ship weekly or even less frequent. You can check the seller’s shipping policy by clicking “Seller Information” while in an event.

How do I see which sellers are live now?

Answer

The Live Now filter on the home page allows you to see only events which are currently live.

What does “Room open” mean?

Answer

When a tile displays the words “Room open”, it means a live event is open to have visitors join the live event.  When the room reaches its occupancy limit, the tile will display “Room closed”.


Question

I added a product to my cart but when I went to check out my cart was empty. What happened?

Answer

Items will remain in your cart for 10 minutes before being released back into available inventory. This is done to help sellers keep their inventory available. You will receive a notification when your item has expired. The Cart will also show how much time is left on your item before it expires.

Can I buy products from sellers outside of an event?

Answer

Sellers will eventually each have their own store on the DJAWN platform.

Can I continue to chat after an event ends?

Answer

The chat functionality remains active for 5 minutes after the event ends. During this time, Collectors can chat with others who remain in the event room. The chat will be saved and will appear in the published recording.

What if there’s an issue with my purchase?

Answer

If you have a question or are experiencing an issue with an order, it’s always recommended to contact the seller as a first course of action. The easiest way to do this is to message the seller using DJAWN chat.
