All breakers are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing products on Breaker Toolbox. Breaker offenses and prohibited content can result in suspension of your account.
This policy requires breakers to act fairly and honestly on Breaker Toolbox to ensure a safe buying and breaking experience. All breakers must:
Violations may result in cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of breaking privileges.
You must provide accurate information to Breaker Toolbox and buyers, and update it as it changes — including using a business name that accurately identifies your business and listing products in the correct category.
You may not misuse any Breaker Toolbox service. Examples of unfair activity include providing misleading information, manipulating sales rank, raising prices after an order is confirmed, artificially inflating traffic, damaging another breaker's listings or ratings, or letting others act on your behalf in violation of these policies.
You may not pay for or incentivize reviews, ask customers to write only positive reviews, solicit reviews selectively, or review your own or a competitor's products.
All buyer communications must go through Buyer–Breaker Messaging and be necessary for fulfilling the order or providing support. Marketing communications are prohibited.
Customer information such as addresses or phone numbers may only be used to fulfill orders and must be deleted afterward. It may not be used to contact customers outside Buyer–Breaker Messaging or shared with third parties.
You may not divert Breaker Toolbox customers to another website or provide links/messages prompting a transaction elsewhere.
You may maintain only one account per region unless you have a legitimate business need — for example, operating multiple distinct brands, manufacturing for two separate companies, or being recruited into a program requiring separate accounts. Accounts not in good standing may result in deactivation of all associated accounts.
