Breakers assume responsibility for packages until the shipping carrier acknowledges receipt. Once accepted by the carrier, any damaged or lost packages become the responsibility of the collector and the carrier. We recommend working with your breaker to add insurance to valuable packages.
If a package arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, the collector should attempt a resolution with the breaker before contacting Breaker Toolbox.
Many carriers are currently experiencing delays outside of breakers' control.
Breakers do not currently ship outside the United States by default. You may work with your breaker directly for exceptions.
