If you have a question or are experiencing an issue with an order, it’s always recommended to contact the seller as a first course of action. The easiest way to do this is to message the seller using DJAWN chat.
However, sometimes it may be necessary to request a refund from a seller.
Request A Refund
To initiate a refund request, first click on your initials on the top right and then click Orders to see all of your purchases.

Find your order and click the Details button.

Find the item(s) you would like refunded and click the Select button(s).

Once you’ve selected the items you wish to get refunded, click the Request Refund button.

Review the Event Details and the Billing sections.
Then select a Refund Reason.

Click the Submit Refund button.

Confirm your request by clicking the Request Refund button.
Click Cancel if you wish to make changes.

You will receive a confirmation message.
Click Done and your request has been sent to the seller.

Once you request a refund, both the buyer and seller will automatically receive a DJAWN chat message indicating that you have requested a refund.


View or Update Your Refund Request
You can click on the hyperlink in the chat message at any time to view the refund and/or to chat with the seller.

Fees
When a buyer initiates a refund, they may be charged with a payment processing fee of $.30 plus 2.9% of the purchase. The exception is if the buyer chooses one of the following Refund Reasons:
- Item was lost or received damaged
- Wrong item was received
Resolving Disputes
It’s always recommended that you work with the seller as a first course of action. The easiest way to do this is to message the seller using DJAWN chat.
