Breakers assume responsibility of packages until the shipping carrier acknowledges receipt of the package. Once accepted by the shipping carrier, any damaged or lost packages are the responsibility of the Collector and the shipping carrier. Breaker Toolbox recommends you work with your Breaker to add insurance to any valuable packages.
In the event of a damaged packaged that was insufficiently packaged, the Collector should attempt a resolution with the Breaker prior to contacting Breaker Toolbox.
Due to many factors, many carriers are experiencing delays. This is out of the control of Breakers.
Does Breaker Toolbox ship outside the USA?
Breaker Toolbox breakers do not currently ship anywhere outside the United States by default. However, you may work with your breaker for exceptions.
