Shipping frequency is determined by each individual Seller. Review the Seller/Event details for information about frequency of shipments for your specific purchase.
Sellers assume responsibility of packages until the shipping carrier acknowledges receipt of the package. Once accepted by the shipping carrier, any damaged or lost packages are the responsibility of the Collector and the shipping carrier. DJAWN recommends you work with your Seller to add insurance to any valuable packages.
In the event of a damaged packaged that was insufficiently packaged, the Collector should attempt a resolution with the Seller prior to contacting DJAWN.
Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, many carriers are experiencing delays. This is out of the control of Sellers.
Does DJAWN ship outside the USA?
DJAWN Sellers do not currently ship anywhere outside the United States by default. However, you may work with your Seller for exceptions.
