You agree to resolve buyer disputes directly with the buyer. DJAWN may seek reimbursement from a seller for issued refunds, erroneous transactions, chargebacks, or policy violations, including by deducting from future payments or other lawful means.
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to collect others' personal information, to spam or scrape, or to circumvent site security.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. DJAWN and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJAWN and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for failure to comply, without notice.
These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and DJAWN regarding use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
